PRIVACY POLICY
How we handle your information.
Last updated September 25, 2026.
Who we are
This policy covers the website and booking experience of Rooted in Strength Pilates, located at 218 Pennsylvania Ave, Seaford, DE 19973. You can reach us at info@rootedinstrengthpilates.com or 302-642-1148.
Information we collect
When you contact us, book a class, or purchase a pack or membership, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and any message you send us through our contact or booking forms. We do not collect payment card details directly — those are handled by our booking provider, bsport.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, schedule and confirm classes, send appointment reminders, and share studio updates. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Booking and payments
Class booking, packages, and memberships are processed by bsport, our third-party booking provider. Information you enter directly into bsport (such as payment details) is handled under bsport's own privacy policy, not this one.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site, so we can keep improving it. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Who we share your data with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the studio — including bsport for booking and payments, and our website and email providers. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES
Your rights, our commitments.
How long we retain your data
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you for marketing purposes, at any time by contacting us at info@rootedinstrengthpilates.com.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for adults arranging their own classes or their family's classes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online.
SMS Communications
Rooted in Strength Pilates may send you SMS messages for appointment reminders, promotions, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
